Ethics and Values:
The values of Emergence UK are entwined within the ethics of the Enneagram System of Personality and the Organisational Development Practitioners’ Code. These are:

Our Enneagram practice is founded on the fundamental principle that all human beings are unique and are to be valued equally for their uniqueness.
Confidentiality:
We undertake to keep all discussions confidential except where prior agreement exists or where compelled (e.g. by law). We require that this be a mutual agreement.
Fees will be agreed with each client prior to commencing work, following an initial, no obligation on either side, briefing meeting.
Emergence UK will provide a written proposal before commencement of work to ensure that the scope, issues, objectives, timing, fee structure etc. are mutually understood and agreed.
All clients are respectfully requested to provide testimonials. These are optional on the part of the client and will not be published until agreed with respective clients (for which the signatory to the proposal confirms their authority to give such testimonial).

Your e-mail address and other personally identifying data will be known to Emergence UK when you voluntarily submit such information to the Emergence UK websites. Emergence UK may use this personal information to contact you.
